Castle Overlook Lawn
Experience the epitome of luxury at the Castle Overlook Lawn of Château de Michellia, also known as the Château’s grand garden. This iconic setting offers more than just a picturesque formal garden; it provides an awe-inspiring view of the magnificent Château itself. 2. Garden Terrace
Our Garden Terrace is an enchanting space that directly overlooks the grand formal garden from the back wall of the Château. It is our clients’ favorite space for relaxed social gatherings, a romantic first dance, and stunning sunset photos. It is also connected to a small covered patio space adorned with fairytale-like string lights and comfortable lounge seating, where guests can enjoy a peaceful summer evening with fragrant blooms and sound of the flowing water surrounding them.
3. Grand Courtyard
With a front-row view of the stunning Château, our Grand Courtyard promises an ambiance that is both magnificent and refined. Surrounding the courtyard are meticulously trimmed English Boxwoods and a sea of Rosa ‘Passionate Kisses’, adding a touch of soft romance and allure to the grandeur of the Château architecture.
4. European Rose Garden
Our enchanting rose garden has recently welcomed 200 new rose plantings*, poised to captivate visitors with a symphony of colors and fragrances. Imagine being engulfed by delicate floral fragrance during a dreamy engagement session or dining alfresco amidst the majestic Goddesses of the Four Seasons - Our European Rose Garden is designed as a romantic oasis where beauty blooms and memories flourish.
*The photos below show the roses in their first year; they will be approximately 3x the size by 2024-2025 season.
5. Roman Statue Garden
Tucked away behind the Castle Overlook Lawn, the Roman Sunken Garden is a captivating oasis that instantly transports you back to the world of ancient splendor. A cascading fountain takes center stage, with each side guarded by the sacred statues of Apollo and Diana, the radiant god of the sun and the ethereal goddess of the moon. Serenading the scene, a row of angelic cherub statues sit against five majestic Corinthian columns and overlook the grand view of the Château itself. 6. Enchanted Shade Garden
Nestled beneath the graceful canopy of three magnificent maple trees along with a sea of dreamy blue hydrangeas, our Enchanted Shade garden provides an serene and relaxing atmosphere for an intimate summer soirée.
